This is my original portrait of "Little Women", inspired by the classic novel written by Louisa May Alcott.
The March family has just received a letter from Papa, who is serving as a chaplain for the Union soldiers, during the Civil War. Marmee is surrounded by her four daughters; Meg, Jo, Amy, and dear Beth lying at her feet.
